Refund and Scheduling Policy

By booking a session, you agree to the following policies:

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session time.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be accommodated and may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

• Once a session has been completed or services have been rendered, no refunds will be issued.

• Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment (“no-shows”) will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

• All sales are final after services are provided.
