Cancellation Policy
By booking a session, you agree to the following policies: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be accommodated and may result in forfeiture of the session fee. Once a session has been completed or services have been rendered, no refunds will be issued. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment (“no-shows”) will not be eligible for a refund or credit. All sales are final after services are provided.
